Three things make the biggest difference: the starting wattage of your appliances, the runtime you need and how you plan to recharge.
How much output do I need?
Add the appliances you may run at the same time, then allow headroom for start-up surges. Laptops and lighting need relatively little; kettles, pumps and power tools need considerably more.
Which capacity should I choose?
Capacity in Wh is your stored energy reserve. A larger figure generally means longer runtimes, but also a bigger and heavier power station.

Which solar panel should I pair with it?
