Order cancellation

Within 24 hours

You may request cancellation by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Transaction fees apply: 2.6% (credit card), 3.6% (PayPal), 4% (Afterpay/Klarna).

After dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please accept delivery of the parcel first, then contact our team to arrange a return.

Out of stock or incorrect address

We will contact you by email. If we receive no reply within 15 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Return without quality issue

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you may return the product (including all accessories, unused and in its original packaging) for an exchange or refund. The cost of return postage is borne by the customer.

Return at your own cost

Once our warehouse has received and verified the returned product, the original shipping costs and transaction fees will be deducted from your refund: 2.6% (credit card), 3.6% (PayPal), 4% (Afterpay/Klarna).

Important notes

  1. We reserve the right to refuse returns for used products.
  2. The 30-day returns guarantee does not apply to products that have been opened or are missing accessories.
  3. No refund or exchange will be offered for purchases made more than 30 days ago.
  4. For dispatched orders, please accept delivery of the parcel first, then contact our service team for return instructions.
  5. Refusing delivery of a parcel will result in the deduction of return shipping costs both ways.

Lost or damaged items

Please contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Damaged or incorrect item

Contact us immediately and provide video and/or photographic evidence. We will cover the cost of the return postage.

Refund timeframe

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will be notified by email once it has been issued.
